Please look into this bug.Vivid mode on display setting not working.Early #GalaxyS23Ultra & #GalaxyS22ultra had punchy, vibrant, premium, rich colour & display to make them standout device but in #SamsungS24Ultra it got fade and washed out now it just looks any other avg display.
I wanted to highlight that s22 ultra & s23 ultra had punchy vibrant, premium screen colour but I observed s24 comes little fade side, even vivid doesn't work on s24 ultra .
Please resolve it ASAP.

I have also transitioned from the S22 Ultra to the S24 Ultra and have found the latter to be a superior device. However, I have not had the opportunity to use the S23 Ultra, so I cannot provide a comparison between the two.

If you feel display does not look good then why don't you remove the anti reflective film screen protector

Do you think Samsung put a screen protector on the S24 series that's causing all these display issues? If so, how do I take the anti-reflecting film off the screen?

Well the issue is not related to anti reflecting that's for sure the problem is in screen mode phone is not changing from vivid to natural I mean even u put it in natural from vivid nothing changes and it's same in s24+ and s24 and these 2 phones don't have anti reflecting screens so issues is related to software thing I believe they will solve this issue once they push software update but some section of people believe samsung has done this to keep samsung display more natural and they intentionally made this change but I believe this isn't the case as if it was this case samsung would have not given two screen modes so I believe they will solve it but if they don't then it would be downgrade from s23 ultra

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the Galaxy S24 series model has been adjusted for colors and brightness for more accurate and comfortable vision while using. It has made some changes to the display technology to offer a more natural viewing experience, so you may notice differences in color depth when compared to older devices.

This concept of behavior on the display is an intended color adjustment and is not a defect of the product, so you can use it with confidence.

To provide our customers with the best possible experience, we value customer feedback and continuously work to make our products better and more efficient.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Seriously you got to enable and bring back vivid features....because s24 ultra display now looking just another average display like other midrange devices.....it used to have standout display but unfortunately samsung ruined it...wish I couldn't have exchange it with my s22 ultra
