Galaxy SMake sure your device is up to date:
Go to Settings > tap Software update.
Tap Download and install.
If new software is available, you can choose Install now, Schedule install or Later.
If you still have the issue you can optimize internet connection.
If the problem still persists, you may change the settings to solve the problem as suggested below.
Setting 1. Clear App data and cache
Setting 2. Free up space on device storage
Setting 3. Reinstall the App
Setting 4. Factory reset the device
