I had bought a brand new s24 ultra from uae. I am from india. Its been 3 days since i am using this device. I am experiencing lag while scrolling in many apps (both third party apps as well as samsung apps) for eg: scrolling through instagram feed. Searched all over the internet for solutions. These are the things i tried after searching in all forums.
1) wiping cache partition through recovery
2) setting to adaptive refresh rate
3) disabling all power saving modes and profiles
4) installing good guardian apk and using galaxy app booster for optimising and also memory guardian
5) Reinstalling those apps which have this issue
6) Ran benchmarks and the scores are equivalent to other s24 ultra scores

Currently in july update. I am not facing any other issue other than this scrolling lag. I am highly disappointed to experience this in a new flagship phone. Going to service centre is not an option cuz i got this phone from uae through a relative and i am in india.
Please help me fix this issue...

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps:

Check app Cache: Settings> Device care> Storage> Clean now.
Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings> Apps> Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory> Storage> Clear Cache.

Keep your apps updated: Play Store apps: Open the Play Store, tap, and then tap your profile picture. Tap My apps & games. From here, you can either tap Update next to individual apps or tap Update All to install all available updates.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

You can reset your device by following the steps from the below link.

Tried everything..no change..then I turned on show refresh rate option from developer options..I observed that this jitter or stutter is caused by the aggressive refresh rate switching of the LTPO panel..generally the refresh rate should be lowered after the scroll is complete or after it comes to still..but this switches before the scrolling ends and this is causing the jitter..there should be a second or half a second delay before switching to lower refresh rate so that the scrolling is smooth..there are many users in different forums and YouTube videos showing this issue in other LTPO panels as well and its an issue fixable by a software update..samsung should fix this in the coming update..lag or stutter in a flagship phone is not acceptable..

It's 2025 and lags and stutters still annoy me on my S24 Ultra. They didn't fix it yet
