I am sharing some photos of the s24 ultra i have in comparison with the s24 ultra present at store. The screen colors are not the same . I have placed a return request but i dont know what test they do at service center, their results are "Ok" for the phone. And the service center person is ignoring the issue literally by saying "its AI display".

It's no joke.. they are telling me this that the phone has AI and that's why it is looking different

Samsung should provide comprehensive training to their service center employees, ensuring they possess adequate knowledge about new product launches and their features. The marketing team has extensively promoted the AI capabilities of the product, and it is essential that service center employees are well-versed in these features to provide accurate information to customers.

The vivid mode isnt working. Because there is a bug in the settings and will be fixed on next software updates.

Did you checked the 👀 Eye Comfort settings 👀 ? This year with S24 U they started enabling it by default. When I looked at it for the 1st time, it appears washed out, but after disabling eye comfort it's better than all the previous phones. Give it a try if not checked.

Problem is people are crying for it the display on the phone has been made intentionally look like an iPhone true tone display I have checked with samsung about this

Yeah Samsung copies iPhone in blind competitiveness against them. 📱 But Samsung executives on field and in store are also illiterate on there own products. 📚 They don't know all this, I asked this and they were unable to answer. 🤔 I figured out on my own why there's a difference in display and colours look so washed out. 🎨

Yeah but it is intentional at the end by samsung Korean user and Sammy mods on the Korean community so there is no use of making this fuss about the colors of the display
