Hi Everyone,

I know there is a lots of buzz around display issues for S24 series.

I am in process of checking if my phone has the display issue or not, I am using s24 ultra.

Wana see a quick update in comments if Everyone has these weird boxes in the background of weather app?

Is this a software or hardware issue?

I have it too. Definitely a hardware issue. This phone is trash. We have to accept it.

So are you returning the phone or else going for a replacement? Did you went to service center by any chance, if yes what was their response on this?

Yes, even I am facing the same issue. Samsung totally disappointed most of them with their new flagship device with multiple issues.

Yes, I am already on that and in contact with Samsung. It's in progress and awaiting for an update from them. I am not looking for replacement as the issues may persist in new device too if we are unlucky.

I haven't been to the service centre. I raised an error report via support section and they told me to visit service centre. I know the service centre won't be of much help as they'll try to push it as a "feature" and reject any replacement. I do not have time for that. Also, I will wait for a few software updates though it's a hardware issue. Will keep the phone till March end and then sell it off. That's my plan. And bye bye Samsung forever.

To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
