Dear All,
Don't buy Samsung device, service center no proper response.
I am buying s24 plus model 3 month back
Phone was heating issue customer care people said software issue next update coming issue cleared. 
Now customer service center people said blame to me

They might have said that the phone might have some software issues which would get fixed by the next update. Now my question is that they are blaming you for what?

2nd charger issue

4Th phone charger cable jack issue
5th Finally phone was dropped in water that's problem
