Dear Samsung Support Team, I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Model: SM-S928B) with the following IMEI numbers: IMEI 1: 352570242971840 IMEI 2: 352208772971845 According to the device information I retrieved, the manufacturing date is shown as **December 4, 2024**, and the device age is **6 months and 22 days** as of June 25, 2025. This suggests the activation date is around **December 3, 2024**, which is **one day before the manufacturing date**. This seems unusual, and I would like to confirm whether the activation and manufacturing dates are accurate or if the device may have been software-modified or refurbished. Can you kindly verify: 1. The actual activation date based on Samsung's internal records? 2. Whether this phone is considered new and not refurbished? 3. If the phone is eligible for international or Singapore-based warranty? I appreciate your assistance in helping me verify the authenticity and status of this device before finalizing my purchase. Thank you, mehedi
