Galaxy SThis solution hasn't worked for me. I was able to have the keyboard button on navigation bar PLUS voice set up PLUS a different keyboard as default (hence the button), with my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra android 13, and now I can't. This is a set back. I don't have the button anymore and this solution doesn't work.
