OneUI 6.1 change keyboard button not available on navigation bar

After one ui 6.1 update on the galaxy s22, the change keyboard button is no longer getting displayed on the navigation bar, inspite of the option bring toggled on. Is this a bug or is there some other setting?

Yes.On S22 ultra the button is missing

Update : This can be solved by long pressing the voice input button. It opens a dialog to switch between keyboards/voice input
