I haven't faced any such issue in last 9 days. Check the apps you have downloaded. Some apps or widgets may be causing the issue. If not, please reset the phone and check, if the problem persists, visit the nearest Service centre.
No it doesn't support. When you have made a call with one number, your other number in phone shows ' not reachable ' if somebody else tries to call you on the other number.
