I have been using S24 Ultra for a year and have been having a irritable issue ..in the morning the phonebook doesn't load ..the screen is blank. No dial pad . Sometimes it lasts till evening . Whatsapp crashes, email crashes ..took to very unhelpful Samsung stores . No resolution. By the way I have been using Samsung for a good 23 years . Every year a new one but this issue is making me think of iPhone. Anyone else faced this and solved ?

If you're experiencing issues with apps crashing or not working properly , and noticing that your phone is slower, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve these problems:

-If your device is unresponsive, force reboots your device by pressing and holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for more than 7 seconds and your device will reboot.

- Update Your Apps:
Go to the Google Play Store and check for updates for apps that are causing issues.

- Update Your Phone’s Software:
Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install to ensure your phone’s software is up to date.

- Clear App Cache and Data:
Go to Settings > Apps > select app > Storage.
Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. Note that clearing data will remove app settings and login information, so you'll need to log in again.

- Ensure you have sufficient free storage on your device. Go to Settings > Device Care > Storage to check and manage storage usage.

- Uninstall the apps that are causing issues, restart your phone, and then reinstall them from the Google Play Store.

If the issue persists, we recommend visiting the nearest Service Center for further assistance. You can find the closest location via this link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/.
