Hello.. Please I am facing a problem with the device after updating to 7.0. The phone shuts down suddenly automatically and I do not know the reason for this. It is strange and it gets hot and the battery drains quickly. Also, the annoying thing is that it shuts down suddenly and without any reason after the update. I do not know what the solution is for this and there is no update that solves this problem or I do not know what to do. I am really fed up because of this.

After updating to version 7.0, your phone is likely experiencing software conflicts or battery stress.

Try using the phone in Safe Mode to see if a third-party app is causing the issue. If problems continue, backup your data and perform a factory reset to start fresh.

Your feedback will be taken into considration, Kindly find the bellow checkpoints in order to solve the issue:
Here’s how you can safely perform a force reboot on your device:

Press and Hold the Volume Down and Power Buttons: Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button on your Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
Wait for the Device to Reboot: Continue to hold both buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds. Your device should automatically restart during this time.
Release the Buttons: Once you see the Samsung logo appear on the screen, you can release both buttons.
Allow the Device to Restart: Your smartphone will now complete the reboot process. This may take a few moments, so please be patient.

This process can solve many common issues by refreshing your device's system without affecting your personal data or settings.
And you can restart the device in safe mode to make sure the issue is not caused by third party app, for more about safe mode, visit the link bellow:

To reduce Battery consumption and heat
To conserve battery power, your device offers several options, including optimizing performance through the device care feature, turning off the screen with the side button when not in use, enabling power-saving mode, closing unnecessary apps, disabling Bluetooth when not needed, turning off auto-sync for select apps, reducing backlight time, and decreasing screen brightness.

1-Check Task Manager and close unnecessary programs running in the background.
2-Keeping Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS "ON" is often a main cause of battery drain and can lead to an increase in the temperature of your device due to searching for Access Points (Wi-Fi), Satellites (GPS), and other Bluetooth devices etc, Turn Off Wireless functions when not in use, You can use the quick panel menu to toggle Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS on/off, or go into the device settings.
Galaxy S4: How to Reduce Device Heat and Battery Consumption?
Tap the switch to turn off:

3-Turn off Tethering and Portable Hotspot function when not in use. This will increase the temperature and drain your device's battery.

4-Use only Samsung-approved battery, charger, and cable specifically designed for your device. Incompatible battery, charger, and cable can cause serious injuries or damage to your device
To save energy, unplug the charger when not in use. The charger does not have a power switch, so you must unplug the charger from the electric socket when not in use to avoid wasting power. The charger should remain close to the electric socket and be easily accessible while charging.

Using a power source other than the charger, such as a computer, may result in a slower charging speed because of a lower electric current.

The device can be used while it is charging, but it may take longer to fully charge the battery.
5-Some 3rd party applications which are downloaded from the Play Store may cause unwanted battery consumption and increase device tem
