S24 Ultra doesn't connect to Jio 5g even though 5g settings are activated. Tried reseting the apn profile but that doesn't help. Seems like S24 Ultra software issue

Im also facing this issue,i bought my s24 ultra from amazon,jio 5g is not working since day one,i tried resetting phone and resetting settings but jio 5g not working

Same problem here for s24, jio 5g not working, only showing Lte+ .

Call 198 (jio customer care) and report them the issue. No Sim change is required from 4g, so they will simply reset some settings from their end and voila.. things fall in place in some time for us. Give it a try

Bro i called them. The customer care told me my phone is not 5G compatible. I said it is, but she told me to buy a new device which is 5G compatible. I told her I was using 5G with Airtel on this, also 5G in Canada with Bell. But no help. Can you help me please buddy?

Have you bought the S24 Ultra from Outside India? Go to the Jio store and show them the device. It is definitely a 5G device, just that it might not have the same bands as used in India then, if you bought it from Outside India. But I would suggest checking with Jio store once on that

Contact Jio customer care. Explain to them your problem and tell them to reset your internet services from their end. 5G will start working in 5 minutes.

It's not Samsung's problem. Its jio's problem.

@sanjay87 what did you ask them to do? And is your phone purchased from US? I purchased s24+ from US and facing the jio 5g compatibility issue with my phone.

Jio 5g is not working in Canadian s24 ultra in Canada it works good but in India it is not working in 5g
