For the past 03 months or so..I've been facing a strange issue in My Galaxy S22 Ultra..
Every now and then..the data connection seems to be unable to work (in both the sims, Airtel & Jio)..and when I try totoggle the 'Airplane mode'..it just STUCKS..then one would obviously go to the main settings of the phone and try do it there..it can be activated..but guess what..it Stucks after that..one cannot just simply toggle the 'Airplane Mode' off..the only logical step to take now..is to RESTART THE DEVICE..

and to top it all...the frequency of this happening has increased drastically...its just so frustratingly annoying 🤬 🤬 🤬

what kind of sorcery is this Sammy..

the perfect example of..cherry on the cake..is..
most of the times..its happened..when I'm about to pay via UPI to someone..and one cannot pay using hotspot (on their other device)..coz then it says that sim has been changed..register again (which, again, is not possible, unless the sim has an active connection to the network..the device has to be restarted..noticing my dilemma)..so one has to waste at least 10-15 minutes..for the task..that shouldn't have taken more than a minute..in this day and age..

I've swapped both the sims..but to no avail..there is no problem like this in my Galaxy S23 Ultra..everything's working as it is supposed to..and the last (three) software/security updates in S22 Ultra have not been able to solve this issue..how hard can it be to remove a bug like this..especially for a tech giant such as SAMSUNG..

this is exactly the kind of thing which shouldn't have happened to any device..much less to a flagship that costs 22,000 INR north of a lac..

this kinda thing falls under the reasons..for one.. to be forced to think more carefully for the next iteration of their purchase..
this changes the thought process of the consumer entirely..
I've always been an Xperian..but when Sony terminated their mobile division in India..I've to go look for a different OEM..didn't wanna go to the Chinese route, for obvious reasons..so the options left were Samsung, LG, crApple..we all know what happened to LG mobile..and I was previously burned by the so-called policy of crApple to only work for their monetary gains..for their inferior 'dabba' devices that they call phones..i didn't wanna become yet another prey of their "haaye dhan' policy..even though it was my secondary phone..for a couple of generations..but still..
so I took a leap of faith..and..jumped in..fingers crossed..for Sammy..despite having witnessed their infamous touchwiz ui..i went in for my first ever purchase from Sammy..in the form of Galaxy S7 Edge (had pre-booked GNote 7..but RIP)..THANKFULLY..Sammy took a huge turn in terms of software development in the form of One UI introduced with the Galaxy S8+ and ever since..I've always went for the pre-booking of their highest variants of the Galaxy S Series(all the Pluses and now all of the Ultras)..I'm very happy that i did that..coz One UI is the best UI in the Android world (looking @ you..Good Lock😊)..but these kinda issues make us rethink about our strategies for the future purchases..

Its very very irritating for the end consumers..don't force us to move out of the Galaxy Ecosystem..

kindly fix this ASAP..

Intentionally degrading the old device is the new trand, that now a days every company follows. The same thing realme did, when they were getting high success. End users knows these tricks and look how realme is now. They have not only lost the pace as well as reputation. I am sensing the same for samsung now. End users are not happy now a days with samsung with updates and heating issues
