Here are some steps you can follow to install and use highlights app.
1. Turn off sim card from sim manager, turn off esim too if you have activated it.
2. Turn on wifi amd connect it to your home hotspot or from another phone's hotspot.
3. Download any good vpn app from playstore and turn it on. Connet to vpn for american network.
4. Go to settings, search apps, go to galaxy store
5. At the bottom select the option that you can see as stop app
6. Go to storage and clear cache and clear files
7. Open galaxy store and search highlights app & download it.
8. Open it and select your video categories.
9. Now you can turn off vpn, turn on sim card and use highlights app.
