I enrolled in the One UI 8 Beta Program and received the beta update notification on my device. However, I did not install the update. Later, I withdrew from the Beta Program using the Samsung Members app.
After withdrawing, the beta update is still appearing under the Software update section on my device, even though I am no longer enrolled in the Beta Program. At the same time, I am unable to rejoin the Beta Program — the option to register again is not available.
This has left me in an unclear state where I cannot update to the beta, nor officially re-enroll to continue testing.
Request:
1. Please assist me in rejoining the One UI 8 Beta Program.
2. If rejoining is not possible, kindly guide me on how to remove the beta update prompt from my Software update section so I can stay on the stable release.
