Purchased S24Ultra in Jan24, facing heating issue since months during Video calls n charging,I can't even hold my phone as it heats at that level. Service center ppl tried to install some s/w but its crashing, they tried multiple times, they suggeted if software is not installed completely then they suggested to change motherboard. Replacing motherboard is really is an option, and will it solve proble. Why should I allow to open phone. Did Samsung replaces phone in such cases?

@cs_member10 Your customer care executive telling me to go as per service center, i.e change motherboard. Why they are suggeting me open my phone and replace motherboard, what is the guarantee it will not damage other component.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
