Idk why it is not showing me to try beta version of one ui 7 in my samsung members app

It's not release yet but when it release you will be get a Beta program banner on Samsung Members App, then click on it and register yourself on it and go to setting and click on software updates and update your's device. When I looked at Samsung's site, the UI beta version has not been released by Samsung. It may not be the beta version of Official that you see on YouTube
