Why can't I use Samsung's One UI beta program on my S24?

It is not being used by the general public. Only a few official Samsung developers have leaked information, photos, and videos.

When I looked at Samsung's site, the UI beta version has not been released by Samsung. It may not be the beta version of Official that you see on YouTube
