Hi all,

I am facing lot of network issue in my S24 ultra.

First main thing is some apps are not able to refresh or load when I am using 5G but the moment I change network to 4G/LTE they are working well. I am using Jio.

Its so annoying that everytime we need to change mobile network settings when we use those apps which work only with 4G. Example Cultfit app which is in India for Gym.

Is therr any solution for this or anyone facing the same issue ??

Even after spending this much if we are not able to use 5G seamlessley then therr is no point in calling this device as 5G supported.

Kindly reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time,restart your's device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly check the device in a different location/network coverage area.

Check device network mode settings: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> network mode SIM1 or SIM2> Select network mode(set device network mode as 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.).

Check network operator settings: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks>Network operators> Select automatically> OK> Registered on the network.
Note: We recommend setting device network operators as automatically.

Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.

Reset settings: Settings > General Management > Reset.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Sorry its not general issue. I have set all this during the beginning itself. Its a clear problem in the software. Network connectivity is not good especially 5G to 4G movement is not good. Signal is strong in 5G but apps are not loading. This issue is with specific apps only.

I am also facing the same issue...dual 5g mode is not supported..
I have both the Sim as 5g but only one of them runs in 5g

I have different issues with my S24 Ultra phone.
I have observed that 5G network is rarely showing in my mobile compared to other Rs. 10-15K smartphones... Even they get better 5G with plus all the time but my phone suffered to get that plus.
Even 5plus or True 5G not available in mobile while searching manually.
Please help me with this problem.
As I have checked and reset all the above told things or procedurea but still facing the same problem.
I hope that this Big and Costly mobile will get the best Network from others but it's all wrong.
Please help me any one how can I resolve my issue. I think this is a hardware issue that I talked with representatives they told to visit Local Samsung care as they were not able to understand or solve my problems on smart tutor.

I'm not getting 5g network, in my location 5g available and also in old one plus device I'm using 5g network in this new S24 ultra I'm not getting 5g speed 😢
