Battery Drain Issue on S24+ Onyx Black (12/256) – Need Advice

Hi everyone,

I purchased the Samsung S24+ (Onyx Black, 12GB/256GB) two weeks ago and have been experiencing battery drain issues since day one. Despite tracking my daily phone usage, I don’t use my device extensively, yet the battery drains faster than expected.

I came across articles suggesting that battery optimization may take a few charge cycles, but even after two weeks, there’s been no noticeable improvement.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue with the S24+? Any solutions or tips to resolve this? Should I visit a Samsung Care Center for further assistance?

I'm using S24 ultra. And saw more videos like One UI 7 updated even S23. But still not received in my phone. I went via Samsung member and also tried in settings software update option. It's showing ur software upto date till today's date showing. How to update my phone now to one UI 7.

Alot of people who are using s24+ are facing the same issue even the latest s25+ is have more or less the same issue. You can try resetting your phone but I don't think that will be much help.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
