I think this is pushed by the service provider. It cannot be controlled at the device level

No. I'm the one activated this but I couldn't remember how I did the setting

Finally I got the setting on battery 🔋 🙌 no issue...

Go to good lock
Then install quickstar
After installing turn on
Then go to visibility of icons you can off any icons 🙂
