Has anyone with s23 ultra with latest 5.1 update (and before also) epreienced slow app instal from google play store. On e the app downloads (which does happen quickly) it takes a pot of time for that app to instal. Im talkng about atleast 30-40 secs of instal time for an app of 10mb in size.

Disable Security antivirus for all app checking if you want fast installation

How do i disable the antivirus checks? I havent installed any on my phone

Go to your mobile settings > battery and device care > device protection settings > auto scan when installing apps( Disable the option)

Yes it does
It passes by various levels of check to install an app
So if the app check passes everything then only it does install

1: Clear an app's cache, follow the steps: Navigate to Apps> navigate to and open settings> tap apps> View system apps> application > storage> Clear the cache.

2: Switch off your phone for a few minutes and then switch on and wait for a few minutes.

3: Update App if available. Update software: Menu>apps>settings>software update>install.

4: Reset app preferences: Setting >> Apps >> Three dots on the right top >> Reset app preferences.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
