S23 ultra screen replacement

Hi,

Can anyone guide me an easy and cost effective way to get my cracked s23 screen replaced?? Or should I go for an upgrade to s24?

Go to samsung care for original display which is costly or install duplicate useless display from offline market at lowest cost which perfoms very bad
