After the One UI 7 update, my S22 Ultra suddenly developed a bunch of green lines. Luckily, Samsung replaced the screen for free—but that was just a month ago. Since then, I’ve been honestly scared to even take pictures with it, let alone install another update. I haven’t done May’s 455MB security patch yet because I’m paranoid it might trigger the issue again.

I bought this phone two years ago, and it’s still an absolute beast. But the anxiety of those green lines coming back is killing me. Ever since the replacement, I even keep the phone in front of a cooler while charging—just to be safe. The stress is real. It feels like I’ve got this insane superpower in my hands, but I can’t use it to its full potential without constantly worrying something will go wrong.

Does anyone know if Samsung would still cover screen replacements if it happens again?

No it's only one time policy. Even I have not updated my s22 ultra since last June when my display was changed by paying money.

True Samsung treat their customers like third class . They just want to earn money from screen replacement by giving faulty updates. You don't see such things happening in foreign countries they are not getting green line issues that much like in India
