You should have bought S24 ultra when it launched and no point it buying now but if you still want to know extra features are there in s24 ultra compared to s23 ultra I have mentioned list below for your reference.

1. Better and efficient display (not as vibrant but more color accurate and comfortable to the eye).

2. Better build quality.

3. Better cooling system.

4. Marginal improvement in battery life.

5. Faster read and write speed.

6. New telephoto camera.

7. Ability to switch lenses while recording at 4k 60 fps.

8. Ability to record 8k video using telephoto lens.

9. Better ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

10. Better touch response

11. Better peak brightness.

In my humble opinion, the S23U offers excellent value for the price. However, if you do not prefer curved screens, the S24U may be a better option for you.
