S23 s23 ultra software updation green lines

Anyone got screen issue on software updates ? I am having an s23 ultra afraid to proceed with update , plz guide how to handle updates

don't update.
because samsung doesn't care about after sales service. If any malfunction happened without tampering the software of any hardware damage by the user, still Samsung will not do anything.
Next time buying their competitor's one will send them a message

I didn't see anyone report this to ultra phones

the thing is you never know.
your phones might have those faulty tiny pixel drivers which are causing this whole LINE ISSUES, so during extreme heat it just need a trigger and that will fluctuate the voltage in those drivers and few fluctuations are enough to put a vertical line on.
So make sure it's under 36/37°C

If you are thinking to update your device suggesting do it in front of AC or cooler or just use a wet cloth like hanky and cover the phone inside it then update it... just don't let your device get high in temperature 😊🙏 bcs major issues caused by overheating while updating devices....


Note: After updating my S23 I'm really dissatisfied as the phone's temperature get high even at low usage battery is draining quickly giving me backup of only 4-5 hrs on battery life worst device ever... restly go ahead

This is so unacceptable from a brand like ScAMSUNG
So many users are complaining about the battery and green/pink line issues but Samsung is doing nothing and they are too involved in OS updates as they've promised for 4 to 7 years of updates and forget other issues
It's like we will keep our promise we give you 7 years of OS updates but will not fix BUGS

All these issues are coming after updating to ONE UI 7

ScAMSUNG wants us to change our phones every 2-3 years

I don't recommend you to update. I got lines on my S23 after One UI 7.0 update and when visited the service center i have seen alot of people with same issue including S23 Ultra having lines issues after the update. Update is a hit or miss and there is heating issues after the update. Check the post for my device situation.
