I want to know why my new samsung S23 FE screen is automatically working sometime , it auto touches sometimes , please help me i bought this phone 2 days before and facing this problem.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

Path: Press the power and volume down keys simultaneously for a few seconds.

Enable/ Disable sensitivity touch: Settings> Display >Touch sensitivity.

Check space availability: Settings > Device Care >Storage.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps from the below link.

If new phone then go to service center then you can ask to refund under 1week check software updates

Yes i did they said software problem they fixed it but today i again faced it , i will go tomorrow again.

After July patch it's happening my phone just randomly opens camera when it's in my pocket and sometimes touch doesn't respond properly need to tap 2-3 times just to restart the phone.
