Auto-touch issue after screen replacement (Service Center says Sub-Board Issue)

I recently had my phone's broken display replaced. Since then, I've been experiencing occasional auto-touch issues. The screen will register touches even when I'm not touching it. I've already tried:

  • Factory reset
  • Replacing the screen protector

I visited the same Samsung service center, and they diagnosed the issue as a sub-board problem. However, I'm unsure if this is the correct diagnosis, as the problem started after the screen replacement.

Has anyone else encountered this problem after a screen replacement? If so, what was the solution? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
