S23 fast charging auto stop

Recently, I'm noticing an issue with my S23 (1.5 month old) where it doesn't show time to full charge after plugging in for 10-15 min to a 25W charger. 

Moreover, the battery can even decrease while it's plugged in and I'm just browsing the web. Anyone facing similar issues? 

I'm on March update, OneUI 6.0. 

If I unplug and replug the cable, it starts super fast charging and shows time till full. I've tried wiping system cache, but it doesn't help.

Check and clean the charging port

When device gets warm charging is slowed better not to use device while charging

Thanks! I guess this could be the reason. This week, temperature has been quite high in my area. I tried today morning and it charged fine.

Samsung's 45 Wt has an original charger and charging it sometimes works fine.
