Samsung you got to start paying attention to customer's feedback, don't be like Apple and start taking away chargers and earphones, and don't give us auto reply answers for our error reports, fix them. Stop making our phones obsolete with updates. Years of updates don't matter if it's going to adversely affect the performance, charging speeds and battery drain. And by it if you think will upgrade to another S series, wrong will switch brands.

As a S series user (used S10 Lite and S20 FE 5G) would like to upgrade to the Note or the Fold series in the future but these things are definitely show stoppers.

They downgraded USP of S series from 2K curved display to flat 1080p and using plastic on device that expensive and now they will scratch heads that why sales went down

S9+ and S10+ are the best S Series in terms of design (for S10+, its even better if we had small hole punch instead of the the bigger pill shaped cutout)

Everything since Note 10 are just some huge heavy boxes that are pretty much uncomfortable to hold and to look at.

They edge screen which gave phone a premium look was removed, changed from glass to plastic back, removed SD card support, headphone jack, SpO2 sensor for heart rate and oxygen level(its somewhat useful in today's situation). Now giving high ppi display(WQHD+) panels for Ultra only. Recently even charger has been removed.

But in the end, after removing all these, the price of flagship yet doesnt go down, still remains at the peak and grows higher every year. Makes alot of sense.

Samsung's market is primarily non-US. Following Apple will not work in these markets.

We don't complain about lack of flagship hardware and features, but misses such as wireless dex and even object eraser from gallery make us feel we are using a lower mid ranger..
