Using new s23 ultra under warranty but since buying I am having worst network in Jio 5G. It gets automatically disconnected and take 2-3 mins time to get automatically reconnected, or have to on airplane mode. Done factory reset, went to service centre and they updated the software, but problem is not solved. Even they are refusing to exchange my phone with a new phone. Horrible experience with so expensive phone.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
