I've been using S23 Ultra for the past one year and i've faced a major issue that my phone's back panel has being coming off. And i've visited the service centre addressing the problem and they told it would cost ₹600 for the repair.

I'd like to know why this happens to a flagship level premium smartphone that costs around ₹1,00,00 in INDIA. Is this the quality samsung providing for a premium category smartphone? I'm very dissapointed with this issue.

And also other than this issue, the smartphone just amazing and also it's performance is awesome. It has superb multitasking capabilities and camera is also nice.


I hope samsung would resolve this issues with the upcoming models. Thankyou.

Maybe your back sealent would have degraded !! Give 600 and get it repaired
After getting it use rubber band on the phone for 24 hrs by yourself to completely fix the sealent
Then it would not come off

Same happened with me in S23 Ultra.

Prolonged use makes the adhesive weak. The phone also tends to get warm often.... And I have seen this scenario with many other non Samsung devices also....
