Today is 2nd December and still I haven't received android security update for november month. I don't know why there's a delay in OTA update from samsung side. I even contacted samsung support team through WhatsApp regarding this issue but they can't understand what I'm saying so they started copy pasting the same answer. What's the use on buying a flagship phones when they not providing proper security update every month, and also is there any possibility on getting green vertical lines in this phone.

OneUi 7 is a major update, already we know that we get that update only after releasing S25 series phones. Even they mentioned about it in Samsung developer submit. I was talking about security update 🤷

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the december security update already has been released for the Galaxy S23 series. you can check the software update on your device manually by the below steps.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings > About phone > software update.

If still not recieving, kindly visit the service center once and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
