Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Galaxy SI have the exactly same issue with my Galaxy S23FE. I have tried several call recording apps but non of them works with S23FE. Regarding the Cube ACR, exactly the same issue is present. I have updated my phone to the latest update (Android 14, One UI 14.1) but nothing helps. This should be a software bug with this specific model.
