S23fe Call recording issue

I tried out the native as well as the Cube ACR app for recording audio during calls. In both cases, the audio stream is stored in a compressed format (eg 10min call is stored in 5min) and it is extremely garbled. Slowing down the audio to even 0.1x does not help. Any ideas about what might be causing the issue and how to fix it? I believe it is running Android 13

It seems unrelated..but download samsung voice recorder from galaxy essentials and change quality to highest.. this may help

Hi Samsung team , I actually bought the phone in Singapore. But now I shifted to india. When I enquired this about in a Samsung dealer shop erode (aerostar enterprises Samsung smart cafe erode.). They told that they will rise a request to Samsung about changing the software to indian version to get call recording option. I need to know whether this is authentic. Please give a reply Samsung team . This would be the least you can do

I have the exactly same issue with my Galaxy S23FE. I have tried several call recording apps but non of them works with S23FE. Regarding the Cube ACR, exactly the same issue is present. I have updated my phone to the latest update (Android 14, One UI 14.1) but nothing helps. This should be a software bug with this specific model.
