3x Telephoto lens in not working in recording videos on S23FE

I can't use the 3x telephoto lens when shooting videos! 😤 When I zoom in, it uses the main camera instead, which isn't as clear. I've checked multiple times by covering the telephoto lens with my finger, and the camera still uses the main camera. 😡 The wide-angle camera works fine, though. 🤔 Has anyone else had this issue? I'm on the latest software version.

Telephoto lens will only work if their is adequate light. If you're using 3X in low lighting situations then the phone will switch to the main lens to get better results...

Wait lemme check because from last 3 days I recorded a lot of video but in night with artificial lights only

That's might be the reason coz even if artificial lighting is not adequate or the Telephoto lens struggles in low light, then it will shift to the main lens to get better results...

Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data.
