S23 Green Line Issue

Since Dec 2024, after the software updates I performed, I have got 5 new vertical Green lines on my S23 phone. The Samsung Care is adamant that only chargeable basis this can be changed. I respectfully disagree. If there is someone out there, can we have this escalated to the highest level because if there is no physical damage to the phone I don't see the reason why customer should take the cost or expense to change this.

I think there should be some kind of serious escalation as I have just joined this community and can see many users are facing this issue.

Take this case to consumer court. Before that try to mail Samsung Care regarding the same. Perhaps they'll do something or if they don't then file a case in consumer court.

Yes. This needs to be handled as i can see evidently hundreds of users are facing this issue

Yep I also got worried reading your issue my phone is also samsung s23 and I am in doubt whether to update it or not because 1 update is available in my phone

Sir my Samsung galaxy S22 mobile display got Green line after software update samsung service center didn't help me but samsung care + changed my mobile display free of cost I don't know why they are not helping send again email

A green line unexpectedly appeared on my S23 Ultra while using the March patch update on One UI 6.1, without any software updates being performed. My S23 Ultra is over two years old. I anticipate that the Samsung service center will recommend a costly display replacement.

Samsung's inability to identify the cause and provide a solution for this widespread green line issue is disappointing, especially considering their size and reputation. As a long-time Samsung flagship user (since Gakaxy S1) i feel let down.
