S23 Finger print issue

Yesterday I bought S23 and put a glass already. The fingerprint is not fast as it should be. It's not capturing my finger. I would say the sucess ratio is almost 5 out of 10. Can anybody help me here? FYI I have already re registered 2 -3 and touch screen sensitivity option is enabled.

Yes its issue with ultrasonic fingerprint sensors, general glass doesn't support ultrasonic always.

Just go to a local shop that sells samsung flagship phone and tell them to give you a tempered glass which supports ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.. it will cost around 250rs

Actually I bought it from Samsung showroom along with my phone...😭😭. I think they used 100rs tempered

I am using local shop glass but the one made for ultrasonic fingerprints and it's working just fine. I can expect much from 150 rs glass. It works 8/10 times.

Next time go to local stores those guys know what they do. Just tell them beforehand if I get issue in fingerprint I won't pay you. Once they put the glass check infront of them and make sure you are comfortable.

Don't spend more than 200 rs.

Yup they gave me the same too .. I removed it then went to a local shop then I got the good one that supports fingerprint
