S23 FE Dual SIM Issue – Incoming Calls Not Received Randomly

Hi Members,

I purchased the S23 FE (dual SIM variant) a few months ago and have been facing a persistent issue with call reception. When both SIM slots are occupied, I randomly stop receiving incoming calls on either SIM. Interestingly, this issue is intermittent—sometimes calls come through, but often they don't.

Here's what I’ve observed:

If I make an outgoing call, the issue temporarily resolves, and I can receive incoming calls again for a short period.

When I use only one SIM card (regardless of which tray or SIM it is), the problem does not occur at all.


I’ve visited the service center, and they’ve been quite helpful— but the issue still persists on my device.

Initially, I considered faulty SIM cards as a possible cause. However, both SIMs are relatively new and work perfectly fine in other devices. Moreover, even on the S23 FE, each SIM works flawlessly when used alone.

At this point, I’m forced to use my old phone for one SIM and keep the S23 FE running with just a single SIM.

Has anyone else faced this issue with dual SIMs on the S23 FE? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also restart your's device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots also turn off power saving mode also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually also reset call settings then try to it's again. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
