*Subject: Request for Free Screen Replacement Due to Software-Induced Issue After Latest Update on S22 Ultra**

 

Dear Samsung Customer Support,

 

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue I have encountered with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (12GB RAM/512GB storage). After the software update on 5th September 2024, a white line has appeared on the upper left edge of my phone’s screen. This issue is not isolated to my device, as numerous customers have reported the same problem online, indicating that this is a software-induced fault.

I'm a victim too.
Same white line appeared on my S22 Ultra on 3rd October.

Samsung should continue recognising this problem and provide free screen replacement for the eligible.

Samsung needs to fix their mistake. Extend free screen replacement every time they break our phones.
If Samsung promised software updates, we expect stable and useful updates. Not something like this! Green line white line and what not.

If your software broke the hardware, repair it free of cost.

PS: i got this white line on 6th Oct 2024.
