Hi Folks,

I'm facing this issue in my S22 Ultra. Any video recording made from my samsung device doesn't have audio for both the earbuds.

Videos playing audio on only one side of earbuds.

Primary buds - Samsung buds 2 - have used with other buds as well and same issue is persistent.

To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Hi there,
The issue is sorted now, There was a piece of plastic over the hole on top of the phone.

I removed and all speakers are working fine now.
