Hi Samsung team I am using S24 and after one ui 7 update I am not able to switch camera lenses while recording the video all the lenses supports 4k 60fps and all are set to same, but still not able to switch the lenses.
I don't know what you guys did in this update in one ui 6 I was able to do that but not in one ui7.
I have checked S25 which was running One ui 7 that supports lense switching while recording but not the S24.
Can you give me reason!, is this any way to treat your flagship device user who have last year flagship device so you can't your phone as ait is capable.
This is not acceptable from brand like samsung please fix this issue in next update.
