S22 display pixelated just after one year and worst customer service

 last year I purchased S22 ultra in the month of March, but suddenly on 15thvapril 2023 at about 14 hrs there was a horizontal pixelated line across the top portion of the display near front camera right side.

S22 ultra is one of the premium phone if your company but it didn't last for a longer period. If this is the condition of premium phones then how can customer have faith in your brand. It's better to buy low budget phone which last longer.into the matter
 
I have already submitted the phone in service centre and they stated that its a display issue hence needs to be replaced. They have charged 23,407. They also stated that it will be delivered on 18th April, but they called me on 15th April and said that the phone is ready and will be delivered on Monday i.e. on 17th

A bitter experience from a giant firm like Samsung and about customer service.... Pls refer the screenshot.... Never going to buy Samsung products nor going to recommend anyone... Time to change.... Matter of concern

You are chatting with the 3rd party outsourced customer service team. They can't help in any means. As you already visited service center, now you have to send email to service head for further course of action.

Hello man I am using s21 ultra from 1.5 yrs no such issues. And I am using s10 also from 3.5 yrs that's also working fine till date without display issue. Don't blame company for this it can be fault from user also depending on the usage.

I am not blaming the company, but the quality of the product is not upto expectation, moreover about the usage it was used as normal phone no gaming nothing

I think you didn't understand what I told. I told it depends on physical usuage also you might have used in tight pocket you might have used screen protectors which aren't recommended. I am just guessing this can be the reason. Plz don't take me wrong. Regarding the service Samsung service is the best which I had till now may be they have charged you for the display you might feel they are worst. Are you aware that most of s20 plus models after latest software updates the same issue happened and the display was replaced free of cost as it has affected most of the units. Coming to your point this is the first case which I am hearing so I guess the above factors which I mentioned might be true.

I can understand your concern, but the fact stated doesn't match in my case. You can search Google as many user of s22 ultra are facing the same problem. In my case I had updated my phone that was released and after a few days the pixelated problem arised. About the product quantity I am now not satisfied. This is not the first case with me it happened with note 9 also

Mine is a Singapore bought set in Aug 22. However, my contention is that since it's Ota update that brought this issue and is not limited to one malfunctioning handset, Samsung must take onus to repair/ change.

They have done the same earlier with note 10.


But for that we all need to be united and represent. Have already shared screenshot of many users facing the issue with samsung. They told they will revert.

Also have sought escalation beyond samsung india if not within their purview.

Can someone more technically adept make a forum here for the issue and invite everyone so that we are heard.
