Just now called and confirmed with samsung service center in Hyderabad. They said display will be replaced at free of cost for under warranty mobiles If we get green lines.

Updated my device just now and didn't get any lines.


Should I update my phone to the April security patch? I'm worried about the green line issue. I have an S21 FE Exynos variant and 6 months of warranty left.

Will samsung service center replace the display If I got green lines???

Green lines or white lines come on the screen because of display burning issue. I think you should remove ur phone case and download update. While installing it put your phone in refregerator. Its Colling will take care of display burning issue. I always do this whenever update is available. I never got green or white lines till now. Dont put your phone in charhing while updating software.

Better go to service center or call customer support and ask them hv left with 6 months warranty in case green lines come, will screen replacement done for free of cost

First, try contacting the service center. If they don't help or ask for a large sum of money, simply register a complaint on the NCH app for assistance. For more details, refer to my latest community post.
