My s 21 ultra main camera photos not saving with galary. But i can share directly by wtsap or Facebook. How can i fix this

Open your gallery app >> On the bottom click on Albums >> Then on the top click on the 3 dots >> then click on Hide Albums.

In this page check if your Camera Album is hidden. You can unhide it here to view the photos in your Gallery

Thare don't have hidden album. Only secret folder only. But this issues only some time . If i use another camera app its working properly. I clean default camara application cach file also. Factory resett also. Issues is same.

Okay. I need more information. Go the camera app and take a picture and click on the picture demo on the left side as I show in the screenshot.

The click the 3 dots icon and click on details. Please tell me the location that you see there as I have show in the screenshot

Ok sir. Here it is.. Sometimes when this problem occurs, i can take photos with another camera up. But samsung camera app is not working

Kindly make sure that your phone is updated to the last software version, try to clear cache the camera app from the settings > apps > camera app > storage > clear cache.

This is Already factory reset also. Playstor another camera is working
