My s21 ultra keeps turning off unexpectedly either while using or idle and then it doesn't turn on immediately. I have to wait for few minutes then while pressing volume down and power button for 30 -40 seconds it turns on but most of the times it turns on and then turns off after reaching to my display picture then i have to repeat the process again.when it turns on it works perfectly fine for 1- 2 hours and sometimes less than 1 hour.
It keeps happening. I have done factory reset and updated to the latest update but still same issue. I also used diagnostic tool but no issues were found.
Then i had taken the phone to samsung support and they said if it is software we will fix free of charge but they were not able to help because when they connect to their computer it doesn't recognize the phone but when i connect to my computer it recognizes the phone. So i am not sure if they troubleshooted properly.
Going to take the phone to another support branch hope they can fix or give an honest feedback to resolve the issue.
If anyone else is facing same issue and has found the resolution then please do let me know.
Wanted to give an update...Service center had responded its motherboard issue and it is not worth to fix it. They gave a quotation of aed1300 to fix and the new s21 ultra is aed1600-1700...crazy high price to fix
