S21 ultra mobile data issue.

I am facing this problem with my s21 ultra where my Mobile stops internet completely and only upload sign is shown in the Lte arrows.then I have to toggle airplane mode off-on and mobile data starts working again. I have done everything switched to esim bought a new sim but problem persists and many users worldwide having this issue but samsung is quite on this topic.

This issue is getting attention now so samsung have some shame and do Something about it.

I thin this is sim card issue 1st Creat an new APN and check if still issue contact with jio store team he is resolve your issue if not then replace the sim

This is sim card isuue because of volte option is not showing in your top corner if your your phone is updated in Android 12 resently the may be it is bugs

This is neither Sim issue nor wifi issue. I have used the same Sim and wifi with iphone 12, but s21 ultra is giving this problem. It is a genuine issue, hope gets resolved. The wifi issue is very very persistent. Only reconnecting the same SSID resolves the problem. I have reported the problem but samsung seems not to get indulged in it.

Yes that is what I'm saying prople who are having this issue know that it is not a sim problem there is something wrong with the phone and now it is getting highlighted by many people

yes, it should highlighted. Because these are the basics of any smartphone, not the advanced features like 100x zoom or something like that. It should be taken seriously and work towards resolution. Hope the pressure created by the users give some wisdom to the developers to resolve it.

Check device network mode settings
Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2.
Step5: Select network mode.

Note: We recommend to set device network mode as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Check network operator settings
Kindly set device network operator as "Automatically".

Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Connections.
Step3: Tap on Mobile networks.
Step4: Tap on Network operators.
Step5: Select automatically.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
Step6: Tap on OK.
Step7: Registered on network.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
