I bought s22 ultra in May 2022, I encountered a green line issue in just 6 months, I went to the service center, got it fixed...
After 3 years, I got the same issue again, to be clear there is no physical damage or water problems. I had a case cover with screws(I kept it in a case that made my mobile look and feel like a brick just to ensure its safety).
Still, got a green line issue 😕 and there is no replacement either... Clearly the green line is not due to my fault... This is bad...
Also the service in the service center was bad, the guy was on a call for more than 15 min...
Problem is with software update.my s22 got Green line i got free replacement for display now i don't update software samsung gives one time replacement i think

Why should I have to pay and get a screen replacement. I didn't damage my product, it most probably must be due to software update given by samsung. This is wild, oneplus offers free lifetime screen replacement due to green line issue for mobiles that are half the cost of s22 ultra. I bought this hoping it would last long, samsung policy is really bad... I'm replacing my mobile for a oneplus or an apple...
