S21 ultra heating issue

Is it just me or anyone else with 21ultra is facing the same issue of overheating with mild usage like watching videos not even gaming, it is so bad that you don't even need a heat gun to remove the back panel it can help itself (in my case the back panel glue is worn off due to heat)

During the day you cannot even use the camera outside because of overheating even for 5 minutes the app forces itself to shut down down

if I buy a phone the bare minimum requirement is that I can use its camera when I wanna click a great shot and the camera shuts down due to heat and have to wait for some time to let it cool down, I mean come on it's not something that you would be expecting from a flagship level phone

Same issue with s23 ultra. Looks like samsung screwed their line ups big time both with hardware and updates. Mine is brand new just 2 days old and will heat up fro just youtube with no apps running in background.

All those steps are standard copy paste reply given to everyone and it will not work. Welcome to the work of pity.

Also now few samsung employee will come in the **bleep** name of random people and give you advice and say that their device is fine and it's you the reason for your problem.
