Hello S21Fe users,

Just a heads up, I have raised all the issues you shared till now regarding green line, unresponsive touch, battery drain and network problem after January patch with the concerned team and they have started looking into it.

Please ask them to look into this heating issue as well, my phone was fine after the one ui 6 update but after 15-20 days it's heating a lot so much so that the battery temperature is not dropping below 38° when the room temperature is 17°C.. my phone constantly remains at 40° even while using instagram and WhatsApp.

Yes, Thankfully after the Feb update it got resolved.

Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your touch issue.

Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

Press the power and volume down keys simultaneously for a few seconds.

Check space availability: Settings > Device Care >Storage.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.
Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.
Note: Kindly contact the particular application once to make sure, there is no issue from their side.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

Tap on Google Play Store app or Galaxy Store> Manage apps & device> Apps available to update> If you want to update apps individually, tap See details and then tap the Update button next to the app you would like to update.

Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your Line issue.
